Due to the abundance of killings by police, the Department of Justice issued several scathing reports that found several police departments had a pattern and practice of misuse of force and dismissal of policies. In addition, it has been found that many police officers are not adequately trained, regularly violate citizens’ constitutional rights, and exhibit poor discipline when discharging their weapons. These findings along with FBI reports of white supremacist and Neo-Nazi’s joining police departments will be exposed and discussed.
