In part IX audiences will be enlightened as to why relationships are so tense between police and the Black community and will come away with a better understanding of various definitions and forms of bias. Several stereotypes will be dispelled with facts and data and the need for better police training will be emphasized. The concept that some police officers are not trainable due to their high degree of explicit bias and racist beliefs will be explored and the cost to the American taxpayer of these untrainable officers discussed.
